Pile corn in the Large Skillet. Sprinkle some water. Put in the medium fire with whistle open. Once it whistles, turn down to low for 5 minutes. Ready to serve
Pre heat 10-inch gourmet skillet at medium. Splash little water. Throw in mushrooms and veggies (sweet peas and broccoli). Season with with rock salt and peppercorn mill to taste. Stir occasionally until done at around 5 minutes. Serve.
STEAMED CARROTS, CORN & BROCOLLI
Put at 2 qts saucepan cut carrots using Simple V Kut #3, broccoli and corn. Put the fire to medium with whistle open. Once it whistles turn to low for 4 minutes. Serve.

Pre heat 10-inch gourmet skillet. Add 2 medium size sliced portabella mushrooms and stir. Add colorful sweet pepper. Stir occasionally at medium fire for 5 minutes. Serve.
MINCED BEEF WITH YOUNG BEAN PODS
Pre heat Oil Core Electric Skillet at 350F. Put the minced beef, sliced onion and garlic. Let it brown a bit for 2 minutes. Add the young bean pods and hot pepper. Turn the fire to 250F and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Serve.
