Camouflage Chocolate Cake
Ingredients: a pack of chocolate cake mix (450 g), 2 eggs, 2 inch carrots, 2 inch zukini, whole apple, and cherry pie mix in a tin.
Procedure:
Pour the cake mix in a bowl. Process the carrots, zukini and apple using Simple V kut cone #1 into the bowl. Add the eggs. Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Pour the cherry pie in the mini dome. Pour the mix/batter into the mini dome.
Put on top of the 6 qts or 8 qts roaster while another dish is cooking at the bottom like roast chicked or prime rib. Baked/steam for 25 minutes.
Take off the fire and cool off. Flip the mini dome. Ready to serve
Note: This recipe can be baked directly in the stove top but can be also baked inside the dutch open using the mini dome. This is to save energy while cooking other dishes in a 6 qts. Or 8 qts roaster.
Pineapple and Peach Cobbler
In 2 qts sauce pan mix pineapple slices and peaches. Cover it with any ready cake mix about ¾ inch thick. Put the fire to medium, and cover the pan with whistle open. Once it will whistle, close the whistle and put the fire to low for 5 minutes. Scoop/slice nicely to serving pieces.
Optional: Serve cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
